A feminine and sexy fragrance. The Hollywood actress Dolores del Rio declared that brushing your hair with Youth Dew and then sweeping it all up on top of your head would 'drive men ga-ga'. Still selling well nearly 40 years after it was first launched (it was the 4th biggest selling scent in 1989), Youth Dew is peculiar in that it was originally launched as a bath oil at a time when women had little money to spend on perfume and also that it has an unusual brown colour. |
